How can I request refund for the items purchased using You buy, we ship service?

If you would like to return a package that has been ordered and delivered by DELIVERED, please contact support@delivered.co.kr with your Suite number and Buy ID. Our support team will check if the items can be returned and get you return quotation. Please note that there's a US$10 Return handling fee and return shipping fee (if it is not covered by supplier) for return arrangement.
